What will I see in MyChart?

You will see Laboratory and Radiology results, Immunizations, Allergies, Past Medical and Surgical History, Family Medical History, Social History and Current Medications that have been documented in ConnectCare at a Bon Secours Physician practice, Hospital or Emergency Department.

If you have medical information that you do not see in MyChart, you should notify your Physician at your next visit.

Please note that MyChart will only display that information that has been documented at a Bon Secours Physician practice, Hospital or Emergency Department.
